Squared Inc. provides infrastructure and developer tools for cryptocurrency payment processing. Our Service enables businesses to integrate blockchain-based payment solutions through APIs and SDKs, facilitating direct peer-to-peer transactions on various blockchain networks.

Squared Inc. serves as a technology provider, offering tools and infrastructure for cryptocurrency transactions. We are not a payment processor, money transmitter, or financial institution. All transactions occur directly on blockchain networks between you and your customers.

Technical Facilitation Only: Our role is limited to providing APIs, SDKs, and technical infrastructure. We do not participate in, control, or have visibility into the commercial relationships between you and your customers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Any purpose that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUARED INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Squared Inc. in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Squared Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
